About Me

Karelena MacKinlay has a background in teaching at both Further Education and Postgraduate University levels. She has written and co-written UK educational research articles. Karelena was a contributor to Readings and Resources in Global Online Education, published in Australia.

Approximately 25 years ago, a life-changing event happened which spun her in a completely different direction without any idea of where she was going. However, experiencing Reiki energy healing at that particular time in her life was the beginning of her spiritual and intuitive development.

She undertook other complementary therapies but it was when she attended An Introduction to Angels evening class she realised this was what she was meant to do. She studied with the Diana Cooper School (DCS) to become a qualified DCS teacher and run her own classes, workshops and 1-1 sessions based on these teachings. She has written articles for Diana Cooper’s newsletter, interpreted drawings on Diana’s website and contributed input to Diana Cooper’s book True Angel Stories: 777 Messages of Hope and Inspiration.

Her spiritual work is an expression of her deep rooted belief in Energy healing, the Angelic Realm, Lemurian Earth Healing, Nature and the interconnectedness of all life forms. The essence of interconnectedness is reflected in the origin of her business name, Being@One, created in 2002.

She lives with her family in Scotland.
